    Health of the Business Intraday Dashboard Series
    Conduct workshops with analytics team, stakeholders and a variety of end users to determine metrics needed and how often. Create a system of dashboards AKA Control Tower, which any member of the team can use to quickly get an overview of current business status with the ability to drill down into issues in efforts to more quickly resolve inefficiencies.

    Field Activity Manager and Business Optimization
    Utilize design thinking and agile methodologies in a scrum environment. Work with stakeholders, product owners, business analysts and end users to influence strategy and create deliverables.

User Experience Architect
2016 AMMO Award – FUNdraising App
Sole UX Architect for the re-design of the original FUNdraising App for iOS and Android, which was a simple donation acceptance app that processed credit card and check payments. This redesign combined the functionality of three apps (ACS fundraising, Relay For Life and Making Strides) to create a more robust, branded app to encourage and improve fundraising through gamification and added functionality.
Interviews with users, stakeholders and local fundraisers for FUNdraising as well as knowledge of comparable event fundraising sites quickly brought me into the fold to help create a mobile-friendly event site structure. Performed a complete content inventory and page audit of both Relay For Life and Making Strides. Met with lead volunteers and fundraisers from around the country. Utilized this research and ongoing learnings to create the site map, prototype and registration flow in an evolving state.
Assisted on massive cancer.org project, create the template inventory, mobile wireframes, and participate in user acceptance testing for desktop and mobile.

2014 EFFIT Award – American Standard Flush For Good
2014 AMY Award – Southeastern Toyota Unexpect Everything
Created pixel perfect social content, emails, banners and press-ready print for clients like Baskin-Robbins, American Standard, SunTrust, Toyota, and more. Created and coded banner ads in Flash. Worked with various departments including client management, account management, project management, art directors and copywriters for both new business and the FUNsquared team.
Trained by the UX Director to learn more about the UX process. Worked on wireframes and reviewed requirements prior to meeting with a client.

Sports Print USA | August 2011 - January 2013
Sr. Studio Designer
Led the studio of a trusted 30 year old company. Provided design services to a variety of large and small clients, which included Delta, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Coca-Cola, as well as numerous non-profits. Created custom illustrations, vector artwork, transferred designs to film and screen, and used a vinyl CADcutter. Managed all digital and physical filing systems. Worked directly with clients and vendors throughout the full project lifecycle from concept to the final product.
